With vegetables, it’s all about HOW you cook them!! One of my favourite quick and easy ways to cook delicious veggies is to roast them with a dressing of olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary. Pop all the raw cut up veggies in a BIG BOWL, add the dressing and toss with your hands. Place them on a flat tray and into oven for around 45 mins or until vegetables are cooked through and browned 🥦🍠🍅🥕🍆. Ladies, what is YOUR favourite way to cook your veggies?!?

Do you find it difficult to eat breakfast in the morning as you're rushing off to work?!? Although it can be TEMPTING to get that extra 30 mins of sleep in the morning, taking the time to eat a healthy breakfast is SO important. Eating breakfast can assist in improving your concentration throughout the morning. Some of my favourite healthy, quick breakfasts (perfect to take to the office) are smashed avo on toast, overnight oats, bircher muesli or a savoury breakfast bowl😃.

Sometimes, there is nothing more relaxing than a long, hot BATH 🛀🏻🧖🏼♀️. I have mentioned a couple of times now that I often use magnesium salts in the bath. But WHY? 🤷🏻♀️

If it is starting to warm up where you are, I AM JEALOUS haha. No seriously, it's SO cold here in Adelaide, South Australia at the moment. One of my favourite things to do when it is hot, is to freeze fresh fruit/fruit juice in to popsicles. This way you get all the cool, refreshing goodness of a popsicle without the added sugar! #prepregnancy My legs were actually sore for days after this workout!!! I did 16-20 reps per exercise for 3 rounds!! To lower the intensity, lower the reps to suit you ❤️👏.
