Posted this on my normal insta, but with a different outfit so it’s fine right? 🖤 Anywho, I started at a new gym last week and let me tell you it was LOVE at first CLASS. I took a class similar to CrossFit, but they have arm bands that track your heart rate, calories etc. It was insane. I used to think lifting 15 pounds was a big deal... now I’m lifting 145 without too much trouble. I’m so glad I got out of my comfort zone because I was scared shitless and now it’s my fav part of the day!!! 🦋 a couple weeks back I was saying that I was in a funk and just out it, but now I’m back on track. May be a bachelorette party coming up that’s motivating me, but I don’t even care I’m just excited to get closer to my goals! I cannot wait to see where my body is 6 months from now. What classes do you guys like? Anyone do kick boxing or cycling? I’ve always wanted to try a pole dancing class, honestly lol. Getting out of your comfort zone is SO good for the soul.
