Descobri , que o abdominal tradicional ( supra ) , deve ser feito com Bracing 😱❤️.. Faz o Bracing primeiro , ( vídeo acima ) depois que faz a subida e descida 😱😱😱.
O triste desta descoberta é que antes eu fazia 100 abdominais e ainda colocava anilha 😁🏆Achando que estava arrasando ....😒😩

Being a dancer for most of my life I have built some killer quads, years of ballet, tap, hip hop, modern etc... Therefore when it comes to me trying to target my glutes my quads take over! 🙄 .

I recently stripped back to basics & found ways to feel that burn! I experimented with different equipment & foot positions to figure out which worked best for me on that glute/ hamstring day... .

Here are some tips if this is something you struggle with too! - use resistance bands! - squeezing your butt at the bottom of a squat (like your holding in a poo)
- pushing through the heels - turning your foot out

I get asked a lot what is better, cardio or weights? And how much cardio should I do? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
👉🏼 Whatever your goal is, whether it’s weight loss or muscle gain, the best way to do this is by weight training. Not only are you still burning calories up to 72 hours after a weights session, but you are building muscle, which is so important when it comes to weight loss. Having muscle mass on your body increases your metabolism, meaning your body becomes better at dealing with calories. 👉🏼 Cardio is a tool to get you into more of a deficit, you should use your diet to lose weight, cut down on portion sizes, increase your protein intake and reduce carbs, drink more water to feel fuller, try intermittent fasting. Diet is absolutely key whatever your goals are!! 👉🏼 Once you have figured out your calories, got yourself in a deficit, then you can add in more cardio to be in a more harsh deficit.
👉🏼 That being said if you enjoy cardio don’t let someone tell you you’re doing too much! You’ll just be be able to eat a few more calories which is always good 🙊🍔🍩

Para mi sin duda ha sido: "En la vida no hay errores solo lecciones" Si así es dejemos de llamar aquello que no ocasiono ese sentimiento dolor por un "error" por el simple hecho de que en su momento clave fue que de algún modo te impulsó a tomar x decisión, La vida es bastante misteriosa pues tiene la divina manera de darnos lecciones o darnos enseñanzas de vida, un ejemplo claro si en algún momento de tu vida has tenido una lesión muscular que te ha inmovilizado por días o semanas es la manera en que la vida te dice: Hey calmate y tómalo con calma, Ven como la vida es misterios y sabia, Dejemos de tomar las cosas con mal cara y veamos todo con un enfoque positivo si tu te enfocas viendo como "Todo me sale mal" estas condenandote a ser inmensamente infeliz, Mejor veamos el lado positivo a las lecciones que nos da la vida, Si ese proyecto que tanto anhelas aún no se ha concretado es tal vez porque aún no es el momento indicado, Solo respira y toma las cosas con calma porque recuerda que las cosas bien hechas TOMAN TIEMPO. ME vs ME doing it for myself 💪🏼
One of my goals was to be Miami ready and I'm pretty happy for what I have achieved so far 🙌🏼 March 2018 to July 2019.
Dedication, focus, hard work and determination were key factors in my journey but I still allowed myself to treat or cheat because I damn well deserve it 😋
I have cellulite, stretchmarks, lumps and bumps but that is me, love it or hate it and I'm just going to embrace it! 
Currently at my lowest weight I've been for nearly 10 years and I really didn't think I could get back to it but I can't wait to step onto the next level when I get back, it's only going to continue up from here 🔥

Okay so I’m super duper quad dominant and have never had much trouble developing my quad muscles (these are the ones that run along the front of your thigh). They like to do most of the work during certain exercises, but after years of relying on my quads, it turns out that that was doing me more harm than good. I had a pancake bum! 🥞🍑

My quads took over so much that during exercises where my glutes were supposed to be the primary muscle, they were taken over by my quads! Leaving my glutes unactivated and weak, and my quads thicc.

With @tra1n_1nsane ’s help, I’ve focused on more compound movements and glute isolated exercises, and have removed quad isolation from my programming. Ultimately, to grow my neglected 🍑 and help my quads relax for a bit!

This is why I can’t stress enough that customized programming is undeniably going to help your achieve your specific goals faster. There are so many programs that are free and accessible online and most of them are actually very good! 🤷🏼‍♀️ BUT it’s of the utmost importance to know how you specifically move in order to avoid injury and to optimize results.

What position best suits your anatomy? What does your posture look like? Do you have the mobility needed to properly do an exercise? What variations or modifications of said exercise are you able to do? What can you do in the meantime to correct the issue?

Ask a local PT (I happen to know a good one 😏) or physio to put you through a movement screening, a posture analysis, or any various number of assessments just so you know what’s going on. It’s always better to be safe than sorry❗️
