This morning before my daughter woke up in the city of her future college, I completed D6 of Shaun Week is with the workout Speed 4.0 and oh my goodness! This workout was great. I want to live a healthier, happier better life every day. This workout helps it. There’s no key to happiness but the door is unlocked so finding my inner peace. I had fun with each rep and only paused the workout once the entire time. 
I followed up the workout before leaving where I completed Day 27 of Transform :20 with Balanced. This is such a great routine to finish out this phase! I am still nowhere near where I want to be but making progress. I am glad to say that I’ve completed two phases of this program and looking forward to doing Insanity Max 30 soon!! This evening, I completed Day 56 with 80 Day Obsessed is with the workout Booty. Hit pause many times. Not only was my booty hurting but my legs, forearms, and shoulders were are fire also. Well played Autumn!

You can invest in your health by hiring a personal trainer or joining a gym. ————————————————————————⚠️ I don’t know what to do in the gym ⚠️

I HEAR THIS ALOT! 
Investing in a personal trainer does cost money but it is not forever. You need to prioritise for a while that’s all. I tell any one who wants to sign up with me “this is for a period of time in your life, to learn progress and take away the knowledge for life which is an investment” ————————————————————————
You can also invest in your health by investing 30 minutes a day to go for a walk. That doesn’t cost any money just time. ————————————————————————
You can invest in your mind by going to the library and getting a book to read to educate yourself in any area of improvement. This costs time, not money. 
Listen to post casts that your interested in etc.

From been a child I have always been anxious. I was shy and in school I was the one who would go bright red, when the teacher called my name and it was my turn to stand up and read out a paragraph from a book to the rest of the class. I felt so embarrassed to the point it would make me want to run out and cry. I hated it. I would never put my hand up. I would never speak out in a group. I hated school because of the way I felt inside! I lived in fear of judgement. It stoped me from doing so many things that I wanted and I was so confused about EVERYTHING! ————————————————————————
That did all change. As I got older I LEARNED to love myself, accept myself, believe in myself and trust myself! Now I’m confident to be myself and if anyone doesn’t like it - thats also ok! ————————————————————————
✋ STOP hating yourself for everything you aren’t and start loving yourself for everything you are! ✨ ✋ It is easy to look at other people and wish you could look like them or have what they have. STOP and take a look in the mirror, take a look at yourself and remember who you are. ✨ ———————————————————
If I ever have a down day or things are not going as planned because “life” is happening (because i can’t control everything!) I take a step back, breath and take some time to reflect and realise how far I have actually come in my own journey. I have learned to stop focusing on things I don’t have and focus and appreciate what I do have! ————————————————————————

I see people so often give up because they are impatient and expect changes to happen over night. Unrealistic expectations lead to disappointment and frustration

Allow time. Good progress takes time and patience is virtual for life long real results. 
Set your self realistic goals. Take small step every day, make small sustainable changes, be honest with yourself, and celebrate all of your achievements along the way. ————————————————————————
It’s a journey! Life will get in the way and sometimes you can’t be as dedicated as you were the week or month before, things happen and that’s normal! Just know that’s realistic and its okay! Don’t quit and give up that’s why it’s a journey.
