Conventional deadlift ☠️ So many benefits from doing deadlifts and is also a great way to put on some size and increase overall strength.
Keep in mind it is important to have good form to prevent injury. (Practice makes perfect)
Key points for doing conventional deadlifts: ✖️Feet shoulder width apart
✖️Keep the bar close to the body ✖️Keep the back straight at all times (neutral spine) ✖️engage core and lats to prevent hunching over upper back
