ちなみにレモンは使うのは、わたしは絶対に国産🍋
スーパー行っても、売ってるのはほとんど
アメリカ産󾬎アメリカ産は防腐剤やらwaxついてて
絶対そのままでは食べれないので
安心して食べれる国産で🙆

しかし、国産レモンなかなかスーパーに売ってなくて
スーパー6軒回ってやっと見つけた国産レモン🍋
今では車で30分かけてレモン買いに行っております🙋

はちみつに直接漬けるし、レモンも食べるので
食は安心して摂取したいものです(•᎑•)👌💕

This poke nacho plate really hit the spot and satisfied my poke cravings 🤤. I always get soooo hangry during that awkward time between lunch and dinner that a small snack is usually never enough to hold me over until my next meal. Whether I’m just going for a plate of fruit or firing up the stove to cook something, I try to make sure every meal is well balanced with protein 🍳, carbs 🍌and fats 🍣 ⁣

Before assembling my plate, I stir fried my rice for a quick minute with the imitation crab, shredded carrots and edamame because I think this brings out the flavor better. Then I let that cool down while I am making my sauce for the salmon. I also made a “sriracha mayo” on the side using Greek yogurt + sriracha 😋. Plate a small handful of tortilla chips before adding on your rice, salmon + whatever else you like for toppings. I added some danmuji (pickled radish) because I didn’t have any cucumbers but I still wanted that light & refreshing crunch. Top off with a bit of fresh lemon and you’ve got some ez pz poke nachos! ⁣

Happy Saturday, everyone! Unfortunately we’re all back on bed rest, my body has well and truly called it quits! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The last two days I felt so much better so I decided to go back to the gym because I was having severe workout withdrawals, then yesterday afternoon I had the worlds sorest throat and my cough levelled up...so more rest and another trip to the doctors for me! 🙄🤒

One of my favorite ways to use my oils is in a detox bath. I make my own bath salts simply by adding a few drops of any oils I please to some Epsom salt and then add a little bit of baking soda and pour it into the tub for a relaxing, uplifting bath. This blend is Neroli & Bergamot to help enhance my mood and unwind! .

Exercises with resistance bands have been one of the keys to success for my running this year. A huge difference maker in my injury prevention and overall strengthening of my body - really focusing on strengthening my glutes, hips, and stabilizing my core. They’re one of the cheapest pieces of equipment that you can buy, and also one of the easiest to use. 👍

A few of my favorite resistance band exercises are: Lateral Walk, Monster Walk, and Banded Squat w/ Lateral Leg Lift.

About a mth ago I started feeling really shit, & I’m not neurotic,  I don’t run to the doctors for anything! But  I had been ignoring my symptoms for ages ( bad I know). But those symptoms started to really affect everything that I was doing, I always felt bloated, no Matter how good I was with food & training & I developed a cough, I would also get out of breath!  I don’t even get out of breath in the gym! It was bizarre but certain things would trigger me! I decided to look into it all and was referred for Endoscopy, by a really lovely doctor 👩‍⚕️ who actually listened to me, after a few doctors telling me i was ok 🙄, & making me believe that I was imagining it! Anyway it turns out I have a Hiatus Hernia, basically when the upper part of the stomach, bulges through the large muscle, separating your abdomen and chest! ( Sexy I know) Anyway the reason I’m explaining all of this is because I have been really mean to Myself over the past month & if I’m totally honest, I haven’t liked what I’ve seen in the mirror! Its important that I share this because, now I know what’s wrong with me I’ve had to make adjustments, to my life & I just wanted to warn others that if you feel something is wrong no matter how big or small, please see a doctor and go until it’s resolved! Because now I know what the problem is I can now adjust and make changes that will stop bloating & all the other shitty symptoms I get!  And now I respect my body a lot more, and have snapped out of feeling like my body was horrible! Believe it or not i went from loving my transformation to almost hating it. Your mind is a powerful thing, I just don’t like to think of others feeling like shit not knowing they have something wrong! Sorry this post was so long, just look after yourselves is all I’m trying to say really & if you feel like something is wrong then go and see a doctor! For peace of mind mainly, but don’t leave anything like I have done, you only get 1 body look after it ♥️♥️♥️
