So, a few days ago I shared about team investment. Train your people to be better is not gambling, I prefer to call it as a reasonable and calculated risk that all entrepreneurs should take.

Make them feel comfortable working at your place, give them 'family' they are always looking for, not the place where they come, sit, work and go home.
Let me share a secret. The best people always looking for chances to grow, here is where your company should start from. Make sure your company is not walking in the same place, make sure it is growing all the time, be bigger and be stronger, and you should be able to keep your best people.
And the secret of being able to grow all the time is back to the first point where you need to invest in your team because they are the one who will thrive your company. That's why team investment is the first priority.
