When you feel like you’ve fallen and can’t get up 😕
I’m human. Definitely have my downfalls and weak points. I’ve had a LOT of times where I got off track, whether in my frequency, intensity, or workouts. But things turn around, especially if you remember your WHY🤔. .
Sessions like this one remind me of why I have so much passion for lifting, and recently I’ve just felt so much clarity (more to come). But man, I feel like I’m reaching balance in a lot of my old insecurities/conflicts😌. .
