Deadlifts feeling smooth, only change I'll be making is a slightly wider foot position to account for my long ass legs 💀

All is good good except the 2 rips in my hands currently, but it is what it is. Taking a more balanced approach to progress with extra core stability and strengthening work to assist rather than relying on the big movers alone 😤

1. Prostowanie przedramion na ławce skośnej 4x10
2. Uginanie przedramion nadchwytem, opuszczanie chwytem młotkowym 4x12
