This week we've been obsessed with this homemade granola, fresh fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast.⠀
Once my bag of Little Bee Granola ran out I decided I'd try making my own, I remembered @alifetostyle had shared a recipe ages ago that when I read it I was like I am going to make that one day.⠀
So last Sunday I went and got what I needed and made it, it was so easy to make, I tweaked mine a little by leaving out the dried fruit and adding some large coconut curls and it has been delicious!⠀
I am a changed woman, I will forever be making my own or should I say Avril's granola!

"Can the lunch be simple" worse half asked this morning. I ended on making this simple platter of Ilish Bhaja, Ilisher tel, and bhat after the extended Sunday nap. Now his responsibility is to arrange the dinner as I will be busy watching #Netflix and I want the dinner elaborate. Burp!!!!
What a location to experience a whole lobster @stregismauritius this was amazing, the marinade, the buttery masala dipping sauce all made for a beautiful main course with all the extras!! A truffle cheese naan being one which is an absolute game changer!

Couldn’t recommend the tapas more - Anchovies with smoked tomato sorbet, yellowfin tuna tartare with pastry and persimmon, grilled scallops and charred beef with horseradish cream! The beef stick which looks so underwhelming in the pics melt in your mouth and leave you craving for more!
The mains where we had the wagyu with poached egg and truffle foam was too strong in taste, and the cream catalana desserts was too sweet that we each had only a bite.
