During this time of the year, when exams are approaching and there are so many deadlines to meet, everything can seem so stressful. So, I thought I'd share some of the things I like to do at the end of a long day to unwind 🤗. .
1) Reading some Qur'aan is the best stress reliever EVER! I can't recommend it enough - even if it means spending 5/10 mins reading or listening to it before you sleep. 😇
2) Showing gratitude is so important and I find that simply thinking of 3 things that I am grateful for at the end of the day really makes me feel positive. It's always really important to appreciate all the blessings Allah has given us 💞
3) I've just recently started using the @ritualscosmetics night balm (for hands) before I go to sleep, and I really like it. I wouldn't say it's moisturising but it smells REALLY good. It's got a really calming smell (if that makes sense lol). I also use the @lush sleepy lotion occasionally too. I've found that since I've started using it, I get a much better sleep at night, and (because of the good sleep) end up having a lot of energy the next day 🙌🏻 .
