Das viele oft in ihrem Training nicht weiter kommen weil ihnne ein gescheiter Trainingsplan fehlt, habe ich ja das ein oder andere Mal schon erwähnt.

Um eine Progression zu erreichen macht es Sinn eine Struktur in seinem Plan zu haben. 
Wie wird so etwas in der Regel geplant? 
Einmal sieht man einen langen Zeitraum von einzigen Monaten. 👉🏽Man plant auf ein Gewisses Ziel, einen Tag X hin, wie einem Wettkanpf, ein Fotoshooting oder für die Strandfigur im kommenden Sommer usw. 
Dies ist der sogenannte Macrozyklus. Dieser kann sich, durch den langen Zeitraum, allerdings immer mal wieder ein wenig verändern. Zum Beispiel wenn das Training durch Krankheit usw unterbrochen wird. 👉🏽Der für mich wichtigste Faktor ist der Mesozyklus. Er umfasst mehrere Wochen. Meistens 4 - 6 mit einem eingeplant Delpoad. 
Oft hört und liest man, dass Personen in einem Hypertrophy - Kraftblock oder Peaking sind, diese stellen diesen Plan des Mesozyklus dar. 👉🏽Dann gibt es noch den Microzyklus, er bezeichnet die einzelnen Wochen mit ihren Trainingseinheiten.

I went from a 180kg 1 RM to 185kg for 4 reps in february just before my knee surgery. But didn't have a chance to do a 1 RM attempt because this surgery messed up my program haha! But I would've probably hit between 200 and 205kg.
If you want to hit some PB go get the Mérida Strength Program on my website (link in the bio). After knee surgery I had to deal with some back issue due to the seated position (lots of driving and desktop work). That took me away from squatting for a little while. 
Now here I am, back to squat!
I have been doing some pause squat with really light weight from few weeks. 
Trying to slowly increase the weight here with 110kg×8.

🔥3AM EARLY POST🔥

Currently sitting in an empty parking lot in West Virginia, 9 hours away from home. Day 1 of the road trip and we are literally 5 minutes away from our Air BnB for the day but our check in time isn't until 3pm, 12 hours from now.

Probably going to sleep in this parking lot after wondering around for a little bit.

Tomorrow night we leave for Alabama!

Haven't taken time off from the gym or work since my cut began and I'd say these next 10 days of travel are well deserved and worth it!

It's important to take time off from time to time, whether it be from gym, work, or just normal life as a whole! There's alot to see and do in this world and we only have one life to live so why not live it to the fullest and enjoy every last bit of it!

Having a tendency currently to forego certain programmed numbers and go by feel as to what I can do on the day
Had plenty of work on my back (top and bottom) and some specific lat work this week across the sessions but still wanted a strong pull day
I brought the hype to the party and got this rep PB of 240kg x 5 all brute and beltless. Aided by the #powerbelly and the fact I could read my shirt in the mirror 😎

Just a quick reflection on yesterday’s session. I decided to run two waves simultaneously. #thejuggernautmethod has you bench, squatting, deadlifting & military pressing once per week BUT I decided to add a second bench day and a second squat day in order to train these lifts multiple times per week. I’ve always had the most growth, whether it’s through strength or muscle mass from more frequency with these two lifts. With this method, I’ll be sure to oscillate between high reps and low reps on each respective consecutive wave.

Während ich mich jeden Morgen schminke, läuft im Hintergrund die lange Reihe der Instagram-Stories durch und ich bin sehr überrascht.
Sehr überrascht, dass mich schon seit langer Zeit nichts mehr getriggert oder wütend gemacht hat, was die Menschen denen ich folge so von sich geben.

Früher war das so.
Da bin ich auch Accounts gefolgt, die ich eigentlich blöd fand - aber der Unterhaltungswert, der war halt hoch.
Oder ich bin aus Solidarität gefolgt 🙂 (weil ich die Person kannte).
Da habe ich mir auch noch die Profile von Leuten angeschaut, die mich früher gemobbt haben  und - ganz ehrlich - wirklich besser gemacht hat es das nicht.
Irgendwie nimmt man daraus nämlich immer ein bisschen unnötige Negativität und schlechte Gedanken mit in den Tag.

Dabei ist an Social Media doch das Schöne, dass wir  selbst bestimmen können womit wir uns umgeben.
Wir entscheiden was und wen wir hier sehen. Wir müssen uns nicht triggern lassen.
Es ist nicht wie mit Person XY des realen Lebens, der man auf gar keinen Fall aus dem Weg gehen kann. Oder mit irgendeiner Zeitschrift, bei der wir auch die uninteressanten oder schlecht recherchierten Artikel lesen müssen.

Most people either contract their muscle at the top of the movement or don’t contract at all and just swing the weight around. When instead, you should contract the muscle throughout the entire movement with the peak of the contraction at the top of the movement.⠀

Next time you’re in the gym doing an exercise and not feeling it in the right place or at all, remember this:⠀

Muscle needs stimulation and tension to grow. Your muscle doesn’t know the difference between 20 pounds and 40 pounds, it only knows the tension applied to it.⠀

W1D4 - Double session today. Early workout tried some bench (like I said I would be shouldn't) and fuck my shoulder. 
Abandoned bench after a few sets but got my deadlift work in. Working sets at 125kg/275lbs for 5 sets of 4. Since I'm bad at limiting myself on light submax days, I threw in some heavy singles at 145/319, 175/385 and 185/408(shown). Been struggling with heavy deads and didn't go as heavy as programmed last night, I so wanted to refine technique and build confidence a bit. Will try to stay away from this going forward... Evening session was more of a ride-along so @the_brittuation could get her with in so played around with bench variations to try to find ways to press without hitting my shoulder too much.

Football bar with the angled grip felt really good so might do more of these. I conjugated the fuck out of it in honor of birthday boy @ironmanzach (day late but still counts...) I think bench variations, decline and lots of rows and upper back might be the foundation of my bench training for the @oldskooliron open in October. Then just put my big efforts into squats and deads.

I even did some ab work at the end of the night session and accessories at the end of the early session! I think I earned some Ruffles and French onion dip!

Bench 155x10, x10, 170x8, give up
Deads 275x4x5, 319x1, 385x1x2, 408x1
Football bar bench 90 vs bands (40lbs total) vs chains (80lbs total) so ~210 at the top x3, x5 (plus a few sets with less chain finding the right weight)

Im 2. Video sieht man meinen Versuch zum ersten Mal eine Stiff Leg Combo (3x6 60kg) auszuführen. In den nächsten Sätzen wurde es dann mit der Ausführung besser. 😅

Momentan muss ich mich noch an der Technik etwas üben, sodass ich mit dem Gewicht bald etwas höher gehen kann.
