A flownet is a graphical representation of two-dimensional steady-state groundwater flow through aquifers.
Construction of a flownet is often used for solving groundwater flow problems where the geometry makes analytical solutions impractical. During installation the pipe fully supports the ground while the cut spoil is conveyed by continuous flight auger back to the work pit. Fore kazık, sağlam olmayan zeminlerde kullanılır. Yapı yüklerini sağlam zemine ulaştırmak amacı ile kullanılan bir sitem olan fore kazık, 65-80-100-120 cm çaplarında imal edilir.

Fore kazıkların yapım aşamaları şu şekilde gerçekleşir: - Zeminin istenilen kota kadar istenilen çapta açılması. - Demir donatının kuyuya indirilmesi. - Beton dökmek için hazırlık amaçlı Tiremie borusunun indirilmesi. - Betonun tiremie borusu aracılığı ile dökülmesi. - Tiremie borusunun ve varsa kılıf borusunun(keson, casing) çekilmesi. - Fore kazık makinaları iki başlıktan oluşur. Soil is one of the most critical factors in agriculture. Without productive soil it becomes difficult and sometimes impossible to produce any of the food or fibre we use today (Sindelar, 2019). Agricultural Soil sustainability refers to soil management to maintain soil quality and to avoid soil degradation (White et al. 2012). As soil quality increases so does agricultural production, however, soil can also be degraded as a result of overproduction.The OECD outlines the three main processes by which agricultural soil is degraded:

روش بالا به پایین (TOP DOWN Method) روش اجرای معکوس است. 
شرایط ژئوتکنیکی سطح آب‌های زیرزمینی، ملاحظات طراحی و همجواری پروژه ازجمله مواردی است که در تعیین روش اجرای ساختمان‌ها باید در نظر گرفته شود. 
در مواردی که امکان اخذ رضایت از همسایه‌های مجاور گودبرداری به لحاظ مسائل حقوقی بعدی وجود نداشته و یا مقابله با ترازبالای سطح آب زیرزمینی در پروژه مطرح باشد تقریباً تنها روش مطمئن و قابل‌اجرا روش تاپ دان روش بالا به پایین (TOP DOWN Method) روش اجرای معکوس است.

یکی از روش‌های نوین پایدارسازی گودهای عمیق در دنیا  استفاده از روش خودمدار  روش تاپ دان (TOP DOWN) روش بالا به پایین اجرای معکوس هست.

آیین‌نامه تاپ دان:

روش اجرای  تاپ دان روش بالا به پایین (TOP DOWN Method) روش اجرای معکوس در آیین‌نامه BS:8002:1994 انگلستان برای سازه‌های نگهبان ارائه‌شده و یک روش اجرای ابتکاری  و بهینه است
که از اوایل دهه ۹۰ میلادی مصوب شده  و از سال ۲۰۰۱ میلادی تاکنون در کشورهای مختلفی چون انگلستان، امریکا، فنلاند، چین، روسیه، ویتنام، سنگاپور و ایران بر اساس نیاز مورداستفاده قرارگرفته است.
استفاده از فن  پایدارسازی از بالا به پایین در ساخت سازه‌های زیرزمینی یکی از روش‌های نوین اجرایی است که علاوه بر کاهش زمان اجرا و سرعت ساخت نقش بسزایی در تأمین شرایط لازم برای احداث سازه در فضاهای محدود و پرتردد شهری دارد.
معضلات ساخت‌وسازهای زیر‌زمینی درون‌شهری به‌خصوص در کلان‌شهرها از قبیل اختلال در عبور و مرور و ایجاد ترافیک و خطرات ناشی از گودبرداری‌های عمیق، همواره مدیریت شهری را با چالش‌های بسیاری مواجه کرده است.
تاریخچه  روش تاپ دان:
 روش تاپ دان به‌عنوان انقلابی در ساخت سازه‌های بزرگ زیرزمینی، برای اولین بار در دهه ۷۰ میلادی، در ساخت ایستگاه‌های مترو شهرهای پاریس و میلان مورداستفاده قرار گرفت و اصطلاحاً به آن
روش پوش و کند (پوشَن then Cut)
می‌گفتند.
در سال‌های اخیر و در پروژه‌های بزرگ استفاده از این روش نوین ساخت بانام بالا به پایین (UP/Down Method) به دلیل مزایای عمده خود عملاً جایگزین روش‌های سنتی در کشورهای صنعتی شده است؛
به‌گونه‌ای که امروزه این روش مختص ساخت سازه‌های زیرزمینی و برج‌های بلند با زیرزمین‌های عمیق شده است.  #tower
