I love when I see "I get asked all the time" I bet 9/10 times they don't. They just want to spit out some info to the world. What a better place than social media.
That being said I get asked all the time how I train athletes (I don't) but here ya go.
A. Multi-Joint - Bi-Lateral Movement (I.E. Power Clean, Squat, Bench)
B.Accessory - Uni-Lateral (Split Squat, Single Arm Bench/Floor Press)
C. Conditioning (Assault Bike, Running) - Build aerobic capacity first - Game like Sprints closer to season
D. Core (Plank, Pallof Press)
Workouts are 1.5 hours max. Anything longer you're probably just fucking around. (At what point do you diminish returns)
Get athletic, get strong, get fit, get stable.
