[REVIEW] EBEN & Drama B - Fkd Up
- Deep 808’s and powerful synths throughout the song.
- Constant quality vocals from Drama B throughout the breaks and drops.
Fkd Up features both EBEN’s talented producer skills and Drama B’s hard rapping in an energetic and intense 2 minutes and 52 seconds. Right after a short calm introduction, Drama B goes straight into hard bars with heavy bass supplied by EBEN. From future bass, powerful EDM chords, and hard synths, EBEN has been experimenting with multiple styles of music this year. Similarly, Drama B has frequently switched between a more melodic style of rapping and a higher paced energetic style of rapping. It appears that in Fkd Up both EBEN’s choice of a hard trap drop and Drama B’s loud powerful vocals combined perfectly to make a unique and intense drop. While both drops are hard, loud, and intense, Drama B’s verses on top of EBEN’s production add another level of quality to the song. With constant vocals and bass, the energy supplied by the intense drops is also shown in the rest of the song. Basically, the song is great from start to finish, and both EBEN and Drama B did an amazing job of keeping the flow and the power in all sections of the song. EBEN has already released a significant amount of music this year, with signs to Lowly, Tribal Trap, Elysian Records, and more. His collaborations have ranged from hard trap producers to emotional vocalists and each song he has released this year has a different story and feel. Drama B has had much success this year as well, especially with many of his independently released rap singles. While finding a perfect balance between releasing his own music and collaborating with other artists, Drama B has already had numerous releases in just half a year. While 2019 has been an amazing year of progress for these two talented artists, they have many more releases on the way before the end of 2019 to look forward to.
