Muscle is hard, so you must train hard. Going through the motions does jack. If you want to be Jacked, you have to kick it up a notch or ten.
The set doesn’t stop when you hit 8, 10, or 12 reps. The sets and reps don’t matter. The only thing that matters is effort.
The set stops when your muscles fail. Don’t ever forget that. Train to complete muscle failure.
Disrupt homeostasis, pipsqueak.
