All of which are a much better consumption method. When you smoke cannabis you only recieve about 25 to 30% of the cannabinoids, but some of the other methods mentioned you recieve upwards of 80%. CBD benefits anything with a vertebrae so almost all walks of life. This is why CBD helps pets and children so well. Many athletes and body builders benefit from cannabis it helps tremendously with recovery time and also performance, faster healing from injuries, less stress, improved cognitive function, among many other benefits. You do not need to be suffering to gain benefits from cannabis Its a mood enhancer it makes you feel happy, calm, helps you de-stress and super important for maintenance aka homeostasis. I recommend taking THC and CBD together as you would want to use the plant for its entirety and yield maximum results although there is nothing wrong with CBD on its own just may take longer for results.
